Getting Started

The Summer Reset - Urban Wellness Bootcamp is divided into 4 weeks, each week containing 7 activities with information-packed downloads you can access at the bottom of each page.

Each day also has a "task" assigned - these are optional, but are fun ways to feel a sense of accomplishment for the day!

(Note: this course was originally sent as a series of emails that started on a Monday, so please ignore the occasional references to days of the week or weekends;)

Your Reset materials can be downloaded using the links below. 

The Welcome goodies include:

  • The Complete Summer Reset Bootcamp Guidebook - This allows you to access almost everything in one spot – ALL the daily prompts and downloads as well as tips and info sheetsThink twice before printing the whole thing out. It is over 250 pages! This is a great tool to use if you don't think you'll be able/want to check in regularly on the Bootcamp course (like if you're traveling, technology detoxing etc).
  • Bootcamp Food Diary Journal Pages - You can use this as a sample of a Food Journal you can keep. Totally optional. Feel free to use you own!
  • Bootcamp Recipes - Here are some sample healthy recipes. Remember: Bootcamp is is not a cleanse, so don’t feel like you have to use these recipes. Just peruse them for some new ideas! You can use any recipes from other cleanses we do in Freedom School as well.
