Need to cancel?

First: are you sure this is the right thing to cut out, even though things are hard? I know I've made some poor decisions before about prioritizng the wrong things, like fancy dinners instead of my mental health. But you know you best, and if you honestly feel like you need to cancel, we're here to help.

We know sometimes life can get hard and it can be a challenge to prioritize your mental health. Even though we think it should be the #1 priority, you may still choose to put your membership on hold or cancel. Fill out the form below and one of our team will be in touch shortly. Please note our cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel and you're a monthly member, if we receive your request before the 20th of the current month, you won't be charged for the next month. You'll still receive full access for the current month. If we receive your request after the 20th of the current month, you'll be charged for the upcoming month but will not be charged for any future months.

Important: if you cancel, you cannot re-join Freedom School for an entire year from the date of your cancellation unless you received a notice of extenuating circumstances from our support team. If you want to be considered for this and plan to re-join later, please specify the date in your submission.
