New Year Detox

Day 2 is here!

Remember: this is NOT a diet. You are detoxing, so feel free to eat as much of the detox-friendly food as you want to! Be sure to eat enough to carry yourself between each meal. The purpose here is not to be hungry 😉 It is to give your digestion a rest by eating cleaner, lighter foods - especially for the first three days.
