In your guidebook, I described sample meal plans for Days 1-3, and alternate meal plans as well.
The first three days are to be considered the most "intense" as they ideally do not have any animal protein and the meals are kept very light. However, there are options for these three days as well as for the rest of the cleanse.
*** The reason for eliminating animal and fish protein during detoxing is to allow the system a break from having to digest protein so that your body can focus on detoxing. Protein is the hardest type of food to digest, and animal protein even moreso.
