Intuition and Your Highest Self

Reflection Week

It's time for your Week 4 training video - and there isn't one! That's right! Having time to integrate all this work is important (and so is having a week to catch up if you've fallen behind!

Use this Reflection week however you like. It is a week in which you could take time to look back on the changes that have been going on, or perhaps play catch-up a bit, or even totally let go and surrender to WHAT SIMPLY IS for this week. It has arrived - and for many of you, in the nick of time!

Whew!

You've been hearing from me that hint at what we'll be covering in more detail next week during the step of Clearing - Letting Go. The seeds have been planted - simply let the seeds of letting go germinate. Save up your energy for next week. Sometimes letting go feels harder than taking on more! However, if you're chomping at the bit, continue to think about what you are tolerating in life and visualize what life would be like without those obstacles. Sahweet!

Your lessons this upcoming week will help you tap into your intuition, and even a bit more into your Highest Self. Learning to do so is important in the next parts of the Ziji Up Mastery Program, so let them sink in.

No matter what, do not worry about getting things done in this program this week. As I've said before, this program is kind of meant to be "too much" to do all at once. This is LIFETIME work.

I want you to be able to return to Ziji Up and find new things, to give you different styles of learning things at different times, to have FUN exploring yourself, your dreams, and your badass.

If you want to catch up, or review then simply visit the previous lesson videos. Many of the videos also don't need to be "watched," per se. Feel free to press play and listen to the audio while you close your eyes;)

Your Body Challenge For This Week: Complimentary Healthcare

This week, pamper yourself by trying a complimentary healthcare modality. The body responds to many different influences - physical touch, energy (ever notice how tight your muscles get when you're around an asshole?), scents, textures...you get the idea. Try at least ONE of the things below this week - and since this is a reflection week, don't stress this one if it is a challenge for you this week. But DO put in on your schedule for a future time, because this one is yummy! Some of my favorites:

  • Massage therapy - Get a really really good one - ask for referrals from people who are picky about massages and who get them frequently. I'm a massage snob: I'd rather get off a table than get a bad massage;)
  • Acupuncture - Did you know there are different kinds? Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element Acupuncture which is great for emotional and energetic balancing (if you're in Ashland, try Denise Vore, who helped me a lot with anxiety and boosting my immune system (541) 261-8854), Japanese which uses fewer needles and light insertion...and more. Explore them!
  • Naturopathic medicine - uber-awesome at digestive issues, increasing energy, and helping boost your immune system and tonify your body to compliment allopathic medicine, among other things.
  • Chiropractic - go to a good one because a bad chirpractor can really mess you up, but an excellent one can rock your world.
  • others you can try are - Reiki, Cranio-sacral therapy, Yoga Therapy, Aromatherapy, EMDR, EFT, Herbology, Shamanism (no shit!!!)...

Please post awesome referrals on the forum for people if you know someone really good, or if you have other suggestions as well. There are so many opportunities!

PS: Remember to try to keep developing the habit of moving with intention, for the sake of simply moving, 20 minutes a day on a regular basis. it is a great health habit to make part of your daily routine. If green drinks or yogic breathing really resonated with you, keep integrating them as well, and have a mini-routine for yourself!

Do you know your intuition? Your "gut feelings"?

Do you feel your intuition through thoughts, words, physical sensations, images, or dreams? What is your history with it?

How does your intuition speak to you? And if you do know it and have heard it, do you trust it?

Make a mental list of the answers to the questions above.

Cleaning and letting go can bring up a lot of emotions - especially fear and grief. After working with letting go we can also feel quite free and expansive!
