Week 2

Clarity

It's time for your Week 2 training videos. Hellz yes! You are kicking some Saboteur ass, and getting more clear about the life you want to live. You. Are. Badass.

Before you dive in, please be sure to print out the attached worksheets (links are below), and watch the videos with your journal and favorite pen ready. As usual, I highly recommend getting cozy and having a preferred beverage on hand as well;)

If you haven't completed the Values Clarification Worksheet, please take some time to do it now (I've attached it again below). It will be useful to have completed while we focus on Clarity. I've attached it as well in case you'd like to reprint it, or if you're like me and got totally distracted by everything else and didn't even notice it last week 😉

Remember to take your time absorbing the material, and feel free to watch it in chunks instead of all at once. This week contains several visualizations that you'll want to make sure you're in a quiet, private place for.

Your Body Challenge For This Week: Green Drinks!

In our culture, for some reason it is really really hard to eat like our grandmas (or if you're a really young Freedom Junkie, maybe your great-grandma). I mean the simple stuff - vegetables, food without chemicals, whole grains...

So this week's challenge is to ADD a yummy GREENS DRINK to your day, every day, and come a little closer to getting your veggies on in the right way. I actually do this every day of my whole life that I'm not in the wilderness because I love it so much. Maybe this is TMI, but I find it gives me chillaxed and regular poops, more energy, and a steady-state of alertness in the mornings (I have mine in the morning). Plus, you get a good dose of your fiber for the day (with the smoothies) and oodles of LIVE chi that is flowing through the veggies if your juicing. Here are a couple of recipes to start off with:

Day 8

Clarity

You all know how important I feel Clarity is for building foundation for future actions, dreams, and decisions.  Be sure to know what it is you want to get clear about! Many people say, "I really wish I was more clear" or "I need some clarity about all this!" However, we need to be able to articulate very specifically what it is you want to get clear about.

For example: "I want to be more clear about my career."

Do you mean you want to be more clear about the career you already have? Or what is your life gift or purpose? Or if you should quit your job? Or if you should ask for a raise?

Heart Opening and Saboteurs/Gremlins

Many people find this activity quite emotional. If that was your experience, don't try to stuff the feelings away. Let them flow.
