Here we are at Week 7. Can you believe it!?
I know some of you may still be on week two of the program, and that some of you are chomping to get to the next step, and that there are also those having your own life's adventures/misadventures and are doing this program at whatever pace is good for you from wherever you may be in the world. All of it is awesome! Be where you are at, and love it;)
This week, we will be focusing on Self Love, which has a lot to do with the ability to live an authentic life - a Ziji Life! All that we've been learning doesn't mean jack diddly if you aren't regularly building up and getting juicy about lovin' yourself.
If you notice a block that comes up a lot, a repeating limiting belief, a habit that's hard to break, a negative life pattern that keeps showing up - chances are it has to do with self love, and that you aren't feeling it. Perhaps you feel you aren't deserving of being fully happy.
Well...no more of that, Ok? You're about to Own Your Amazing.
Give yourself unlimited permission to love on yourself this week. If you experience resistance, dissolve it. If you make up excuses ("I don't have enough money to pamper myself," "I don't have enough time to slow down"...) STOP IT.
You are a blessing to this world. No one can bring your gifts to all the beings in this world in the way that only YOU can. You - a vessel of absolute sacredness, of ultimate perfection - deserve complete love.
Hmmm. Maybe print that out and post it all over the place this week;)

This week there are no worksheets, but I DO have some journaling topics and challenges for you that will help you deepen your self love. And if you haven't yet, get yourself a yummy journal that feels delicious to hold and write in - you deserve it!
Here are some journal prompts and activities:
1) Write down 50 things you are proud of in your life - this will help you see how amazing you are!
2) Send 5 friends a text and ask them to text you back with 5 things they adore about you (I LOVE this activity!). If you don't want to text, do it the old-fashioned way and ask them;)
3) Write a love letter to yourself at www.futureme.org and schedule to have it sent to you at a time coming up when you know you will need some extra love
4) Write down 5 ways you helped someone feel better the past week or two
5) Figure out your Signature Strengths at the VIA Institute on Character http://www.viacharacter.org/www/The-Survey
6) Create an affirmation that is the antidote to any Inner Mean Girl statement you have going on that is bringing you down (go back to Lesson 3 if you need a refresher on how to do this!).
Remember: your beliefs can change through ACTION. If you struggle with self-love and self-worth, start treating yourself with love. Say NO when you want to. Create healthy boundaries. Don't hang with toxic people or people who bring you down. Doing these things is more important that journaling about self love, so conjure up your Ziji and get out and and live your self love<3
