Welcome

This month is all about feeling vibrant in your body. Healthy. Thriving. Energized. Free. 

Spoiler alert: you are NOT supposed to feel worse just because you are getting "older." The only reason many people feel worse as they age is because of the cumulative effects of their bad habits - not age per se. It's because of chronic stress. Poor eating choices. Moving less. Shitty sleep. Sound familiar?

You're not alone.

This month is all about re-setting our habits and honoring our bodies for the amazing goddess-pods that they are.

We'll be doing a 3-week cleanse (optional, but highly recommended).

You'll be learning about your hormones, how to tonify your nervous system so it can tolerate stress, and how to make better choices and build healthier habits.

There are no spare tires in this one wild and precious life.

You have just one body.
