Welcome

This month is all about Letting Go. Some people get really panicked aroud this. They feel they have so little already, they don't want to let go of anything. But here's the trick:

You have to let go to make space for the new. 

If our life is clutted with things and people and stories and commitments that don't serve us, we won't have any space in our life for things that DO.

The universe abhors a vacuum.

Which means make space, and it'll get filled again. And with the right mindset in your head, the things that DO serve you - that DO bring you joy and adventure and love - will be what fills it.

I'm not saying to let go of things that bring you joy and that feel like love. I'm saying to get rid of anything that doesn't.

  • Watch the Introduction to Letting Go video
  • Optional: Watch the bonus video on Letting Go from the Ziji Up! Mastery Program (under "Want to Learn More?") - this will help you do the first page of the workbook
  • Download and read the Letting Go + Creating Space for the New workbook
  • Don't try to do the workbook all at once. I recommend:
    • Week 1: do the assessments of what you're tolerating in the first pages of the workbook (through the Commitments section)
    • Week 2: pick 3 things to cut out and begin to do exactly that. This starts on the "Letting Go For Realz" page! (Tip: you can use Susan Hyatt's Closet Detox infographic for some fun tips if your closet clutter is on that short list;)
    • Week 3: address your mindset and detox your mind by doing thoughtwork and creating intentional models. If you have no idea what all that means, be sure to do the Mindset Bootcamp first - you can come back to this at a later time.
  • Share your goals in the Facebook Group or write them on you calendar where you can see them
  • As always - schedule the steps to your goals for this month in your calendar - with actual TIMES to do them!
